The Boathouse at Evans Lake

Great property. Very clean. The kitchen had more than enough dishes and pans for what the house is listed for. Only the bunk room would be needed to walk through to access some other rooms. All other bedrooms are private. It is a split-level house, so there are some stairs to get to either floor. 5 of the bedrooms are on the top floor. Plenty of seating for dining. The lake is beautiful.

Great location - quiet - good size house something for everyone

We had a wonderful week long stay at the Boathouse on Evans Lake. We had 18 people from ages 12 to 82. The owner, Bill, is great! He was very friendly and helpful. He had called me a couple days before our stay to tell me that we wouldn’t be able to bring our boats because there was an issue with the boat launch. Then he kindly offered to let us use both of his boats free of charge. We had such a great time! He had kayaks, a lily pad in the water for the kids to play on, a swim platform, a giant Connect Four game, a couple of stand-up video games and a ping-pong table - plenty for everyone to do. We also had a campfire every night. Five stars! Highly recommend!!

Great property Bill was always very responsive from check in to any questions we had. Loved having the pontoon rental. Fishing and evening cruises were a highlight of the vacation. Highly recommend for large group.

This property ticks all the boxes for a large family get together.
